- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have my insurance with them for years and never had a problem, but I never really needed to use them for much. So when I got married and had to combine insurance with my husband I also had to switch because we have what is considered a "dangerous dog", so we switched to State Farm. I left four messages for them to call me back to cancel my policies and not one time did anyone ever call me back. Trying to get hold of them is near impossible. I ended up actually calling the insurance company itself to cancel, in which they attempted to call the agency and of course nobody ever answered.
