- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I became a new patient of Dr. Milazzo's quite recently (he was highly recommended by a local Periodontist whom I have great respect for,) and from the first time I connected with his office, it has been a GREAT experience from start to finish. I first spoke to Theresa on the phone a few weeks ago, and she was remarkably cordial and patient with me during our call. Talk about making a good first impression... Then last week I had my first appt., which was primarily a consultation, but which ended up including a proper evaluation of a problem area I was having with a few teeth. Literally everyone I met on my first visit, from the front office staff, to Ann the Dental Asst., were incredibly friendly and kind. Due to several bad previous dental experiences, I freely admit I am a big baby when it comes to dental work, and I need as much TLC as possible during even minor procedures. Given that context, I had some decay addressed by Dr. Milazzo yesterday, and it ended up being a bit more extensive than we anticipated. As a result, I was in the chair for an hour or so, and it was no picnic. That notwithstanding, Dr. Milazzo was very compassionate (as was his Asst. Julie,) and he demonstrated a skill set that gave me great confidence in choosing him for all of my future general dentistry needs. He has a wonderful chair-side manner, and never seemed rushed despite my long-winded questions. So far so good, but based on my early experiences, I believe I found a top notch practice with Dr. Milazzo, and his crew. I highly recommend Dr. Milazzo to anyone looking for a new Dentist in the Oswego/Aurora area.January 17, 2017by David Kunert
